OFFER AGREED

Once an offer has been accepted we will write to all parties to confirm the agreed terms and price. A memorandum will then be prepared and sent to both parties solicitors to proceed.  

RECEIVING AN OFFER

Once we have received an offer from a potential buyer or tenant we will notify you straight away both verbally and in writing. Advice will be offered as to the suitability of the offer, however the ultimate decision is yours.
